29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about May 4, 2022, at 1301 SW 80th Terrace, Plantation, Florida, employees were exposed to an estimated 30-foot fall hazard while engaged in building restoration work from a 4th-floor balcony near the NE corner of the condominium without using any means of fall protection.
