29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with, and did not use, electrical protective equipment that is appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: a) Jobsite, BWP Line 1, 168 Georgetown Road, Canonsburg, PA 15317: On or about April 22, 2022, employees engaged in the testing of panels where there was the potential for exposure to 277 VAC / 60 milliamp power were not protected from electrical shock hazards by the use of electrical protective equipment that is appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a) Jobsite, BWP Line 1, 168 Georgetown Road, Canonsburg, PA 15317: On or about April 22, 2022, live parts of electrical equipment were not guarded against accidental contact during APT testing procedures. Employees were exposed electric shock hazards while performing tests that used 277 VAC / 60 milliamp power.
