29 CFR 1910.134(e)(6)(i)(C):The employer did not obtain a statement that the physician or other licensed health care professional (PLHCP) had provided the employee with a copy of the PLHCP's written recommendation: On or about May 5, 2022, the employer did not obtain a statement that the physician or other licensed health care professional had provided the employee with a copy of the PLHCP's written recommendation. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while cleaning the rooms of suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents. Employees are required to clean the rooms of active COVID-19 cases. At times, they assist the patient. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
