On or about 4-27-2022,  at the job site located at 32 Sexton Cove, KEY LARGO, FL 33037, an employee was exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard when throwing flex duct in-between two guardrails with the height of the highest guardrail being at or about 64 inches above the walking surface.
