Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, failing to use eye/face protection while using powered equipment such as circular saws or nail guns, not following proper ladder safety practices, failing to use fall protection in areas such as the top of the building, permitting the use of a bobcat skid steer forks/load on the forks as a work platform and not ensuring that electrical cords were free from recognized hazards.
