Tenesaca Brothers Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102 (a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1530395, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 6, 2022, with respect to a worksite located at 6722 W. 63rd Street, Chicago, Illinois. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
