ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED RLE Enterprises was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration standard, 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1380825, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 15, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 41�20'28.59"N, 75�48'17.46"W, SR 92, Exeter, PA.
