29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part.   a) Jobsite located at 1233 N Franklin St, Philadelphia, PA: The employer failed to maintain a safety and health program to address the associated hazards that employees may be exposed to, such as but not limited to: aerial lifts, fall protection and prevention, identification and control of hazards, training and education, first aid, medical training and assistance, and regular site safety inspections.   Condition noted on or about the 6-month period of Nov. 5, 2021 - May 5, 2022.
