29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) On or about May 5, 2022, at an outdoor billboard south of 1410 I-39 Frontage Road, Kronenwetter, Wisconsin, two employees working in the black boom truck were not wearing personal fall arrest or travel restraint systems or attached to the basket when working on the billboard while elevated.
