29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) Bob Behrends Roofing, Inc., South side of Bounty Drive, West of Falling Leaf Drive, Windsor, CO 80550: On or about 5/6/2022, the employer did not ensure that workers were protected from fall hazards by appropriate protective measures while working on residential roofs at heights of greater than six feet. Bob Behrends Roofing, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1415881, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/22/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 8227 W. 20th St Greeley, CO 80634.
