29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22):Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause them to lose balance and fall: a) On or about 5/05/2022, a fiberglass extension ladder was leaned against the south face of the two-story house at 636 Denver Blvd in Edison NJ and was used for access to the main roof. Employee(s) carried a solar panel up the ladder for installation on roof, fully occupying their left hand/arm and preventing 3-point contact with ladder throughout the climb; exposing them to loss of balance and falling from the ladder from heights ranging from 6' to 20' above the ground.
