Hillside St, Wichita KS 67214, Wesley hospital, in the disinfecting processing area, employees were exposed to chemical exposure from the Prolystica concentrated enzymatic cleaner in that the provided gloves were not long enough to protect employees' skin, hands for the work performed.

Hillside St, Wichita KS 67214, Wesley hospital, in the disinfecting processing area, employees were exposed to bloodborne exposure in that the provided gloves were not long enough to prevent exposure to bloodborne pathogens for the work performed and allowed skin contact with the sanitation water.
