Throughout the warehouse areas: On or about May 9, 2022, and at times prior, employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushed by hazards, in that, the aisle and passageways were not marked to separate mechanical handling equipment, such as, but not limited to powered industrial trucks (forklifts and pallet jacks) from employee pedestrian traffic, as employees worked and walked in areas where mechanical handling equipment was used.
