OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to burns from hot oil: On or about May 9, 2022, at Line 24A Fryer Room, employees working around fryers, fryer filters and hot oil were exposed to burn hazards when a small amount of water was trapped in the used oil line for the fryer and reacted with hot oil while oil was being removed or pumped down from the fryer.
