29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees were not wearing protective equipment that is appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed when working in an area where there was a potential electrical hazard: a) At the jobsite, an employee conducting maintenance work on the 480-Volt Electrical Panels was not wearing a fire resistant shirt and pants, full arc flash suit, hard hat, and arc-rated gloves and leather shoes, exposing the employee to the hazard of electrical shock and burns.
