29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On May 10, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in framing work without fall protection were expose to unprotected fall hazards of approximately 15 feet to the ground below. Abel Gonzalez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1549442, citation number 01, item number 001, issued on August 26 2021 and was affirmed as a final order on October 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 199 Mockingbird Dr. Waxahachie, TX 75165.

On May 10, 2022 and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in framing activities utilized extension cords with missing ground pins to energize Makita skill saws exposing them to electrical shock hazards. a) Orange and black extension cord missing ground pin, b) Orange and blue extension cord missing ground pin.
