29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(iv): Employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: a) On or about 5/10/2022 at a work site located at Union Road and McKesson Parkway, Cheektowaga, New York; an employee performing work from an aerial platform was standing on the mid-rail of the basket while anchoring a section of strand for future work. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
