29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(vii): Switchboards, panel boards, and distribution boards installed for the control of light and power circuits, and motor control centers were not located in dedicated spaces and protected from damage:  a) Bulldog Machine & Production Services, LLC, 838 21 1/2 Rd, Grand Junction, CO 81505: On or about 5/10/2022, the employer did not ensure that the wall mounted breaker box was located in such a manner to protect it from damage. The box was damaged when during the install of a large metal saw when the frame of the saw hit the box and subsequently rotated the cover clockwise approximately 5 degrees, exposing internal components. This exposed employees to electrocution hazards.
