29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Cage Roller: On or about May 9, 2022 and times prior, employees entered the back of the rollers to re-feed welded wire after they were back-fed out of the machine. The back of the rollers were not guarded to prevent employees from entry into the machines ingoing nip points.
