29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about May 10, 2022, employees were performing framing work on a working platform at a height greater than six feet above the lower level in various locations 1) First building on the southeast side of the site, employees working on a platform at a height greater than six feet above the lower level with no fall protection. 2) Second building on the northeast side of the site employees working on a platform at a height greater than six feet above the lower level with no fall protection.
