29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) On May 11, 2022, employees were exposed to eye injury while operating pneumatic nail guns and circular saws without eye protection during framing work.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
