29 CFR  1910.134(f)(2):Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested:    Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center,  736 Cambridge Street, Brighton, Massachusetts    On or about  May 1, 2022 and ongoing,  the employer did not provide an annual fit test to all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed COVID-19 positive patients. There were employees caring for COVID-19 patients on unit M6 Unit,  Intensive Care Unit, and the Emergency Department and they had last been fit tested in the years 2020  and early 2021.
