The side rails of the ladder extended approximately 2 inches above the landing zone.   b) Worksite, 71 Pine Grove Ave, Kingston, New York, back of house: On or about May 10, 2022, employees were using an extension ladder to access the ladder jack scaffold approximately 20 feet above the ground. The side rails of the ladder extended approximately 26 inches above the landing zone.
