29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested. a) On May 12, 2022, Advocate Health and Hospitals Corporation dba Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital did not ensure that employees providing care to COVID-19 positive patients in 3 North, Medical ICU and Labor and Delivery were fit tested annually prior to requiring them to use a Halyard Fluidshield N95 respirator. The employees were last fit tested in 2019.
