On or about May 12, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing carpentry operations from the ceiling joists, at heights of eleven (11) feet four (4) inches to eleven (11) feet nine (9) inches above a lower level, were exposed to fall hazards created by the presence of unprotected sides.
