29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. 29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(i):Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold shall be protected by a personal fall arrest system;  a) On or about May 10, 2022, the employer failed to ensure an employee, operating on a ladder jack scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was protected from falling to that lower level by a personal fall arrest system.  The employer did not have any personal fall arrest systems at the worksite for employees.
