29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i):Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold shall be protected by a personal fall arrest system; a) On or about May 10, 2022, the employer failed to ensure an employee, operating on a ladder jack scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was protected from falling to that lower level by a personal fall arrest system. The employer did not have any personal fall arrest systems at the worksite for employees.
