29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided: (a) One Lake Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80906: On or about May 13, 2022, the employer, The Broadmoor Hotel, Inc., did not ensure employees were safe from slip, trip or fall hazards while operating and working around the kitchen dishwasher. The dishwasher was observed with large leaks in multiple places down the kitchen dish line which required staff to place towels along the floor to help with the excess water on the ground.
