29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, falling or flying objects, or electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. On or about May 13, 2022, employees were working under or adjacent to the falling object area below the framers on the site's north side. As a result, they were not protected from falling objects by using head protection, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
