29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a. On or about May 13, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing commercial roofing operations, ten (10') feet five (5") inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  Unlimited Safe T Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard  29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1528643, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 9, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1801 N. Ridge Ave., Arlington Heights, IL 60004.   Unlimited Safe T Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard  29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1329194, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 1, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 324 Fifth Street, Aurora, IL 60505.
