29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents: a)140 Lakeview Terrace, Ramsey NJ 07446 (6 on12 pitched roof) An employee using a pneumatic nail gun was exposed to eye loss/ eye injury due to struck by hazards as eye protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 05/14/2022 AJC Construction Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1394809, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 04/30/2019 with respect to a workplace located at 30-40 Brower Lane, Hillsborough NJ 08844. This citation became a final order on 05/31/2019.
