29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about: May 12, 2022 Location: 9 Elener Lane Spring Valley, NY 10977 a) Employees engaged in roofing activities on a 6 on 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition observed on or about 05/12/2022 JJJ Construction & Carpentry Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1491778, Citation # 1, Item # 4, issued on 09/23/2020 with respect to a workplace located at , Ramsey NJ 07458. This citation became a final order on 10/23/2020.
