29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or another provision in paragraph (b) of this section which provides for an alternative fall protection measure:  (a)	On or before May 13, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that an employee framing the second level of a new residential home walked the top plate as well as worked near the edge without a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employee to fall hazard of approximately 12 feet.
