29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) On or before May 16, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury in that an employee working not utilizing a fall protection system was working on the roof of a two-story condominium building when he fell off the roof approximately 20 feet and sustained serious injuries after he landed on the grass below. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
