29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 9N Rigaud rd. Spring Valley NY, 10977: Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10ft to the ground below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized (Photo #3114). Condition observed on or about 05/13/2022  b) a) 9N Rigaud rd. Spring Valley NY, 10977: Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to a fall hazard due to unprotected hole that was approximately 3 by 10 foot. Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10ft to the ground below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized (Photo #3130). Condition observed on or about 05/13/2022.   Nogueiras General Construction Inc.  was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1564736, Citation # 1, Item # 3, issued on 01/07/2022 with respect to a workplace located at , 804 Wyckoff Ave, Mahwah NJ 07430. This citation became a final order on 02/03/2022.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   a) 9N Rigaud rd. Spring Valley NY, 10977: Employees engaged in framing activities using a portable aluminum extension ladder were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10ft to the ground below as the ladder side rails did not extend 3ft above the upper landing surface. Condition observed on or about 05/13/2022.
