Spring Valley NY, 10977: Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10ft to the ground below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized (Photo #3114). Condition observed on or about 05/13/2022 b) a) 9N Rigaud rd. Spring Valley NY, 10977: Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to a fall hazard due to unprotected hole that was approximately 3 by 10 foot. Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10ft to the ground below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized (Photo #3130). Condition observed on or about 05/13/2022. Nogueiras General Construction Inc. was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1564736, Citation # 1, Item # 3, issued on 01/07/2022 with respect to a workplace located at , 804 Wyckoff Ave, Mahwah NJ 07430.
