29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a)NexGen US LBM, LLC dba Precision Wall Systems, Inc. at 102 Vander Horck Street, Britton, SD 57430: On or about and at times prior to May 16, 2022, the employer did not ensure a rotating chain drive mechanism on the framing table equipment in the framing area was guarded. This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards associated with the unguarded chain drive mechanism.
