Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a-#22 Melody Lane, Upper Saddle River NJ 07458: An employee engaged in waterproofing activities at an open third story window was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30ft to the asphalt below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 05/17/2022
