29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by paragraph (l), except as permitted by paragraph (l)(5), prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck.  a) Building Exterior-yard: The employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the forklift training prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck. Employees were observed operating a Powered Industrial Trucks without successfully completing forklift training, on or about 5/5/22 to 5/18/22.  The Garfield Lumber & Millworks Inc  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii),  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1374899 citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/10/19, with respect to a workplace located at 260 Lanza Ave Garfield, NJ 07026.
