On or about 5/5/2022, employees used a handheld power saw to dry cut concrete. (a) Location: Jobsite at 17 Central Street, Byfield, MA. On or about 5/5/2022, employees used handheld power saws to dry cut concrete. The employer had not designated a competent person who had the knowledge and authorization to take prompt corrective measures and to implement required engineering controls.
