29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) At or near 171-173 Carrol St., Paterson NJ: workers were exposed to electric hazards while framing and installing the roof off a multi-story residential building approximately 4 feet from a 69KV primary lines, on or about 5/2/22.
