29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On a 5:12 pitched roof of a church located at 2803 Edgewood Avenue West, Jacksonville, Florida 32208: On or about May 17, 2022, the employer exposed six employees to fall hazards ranging from 8-foot to 36-foot, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work. Evergreen Building and Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1531311, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on September 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 26 Woodside Road, Palm Coast, Florida 32164.
