Location: 2441-A Boston Rd, Bronx, NY 10467  a) On or about May 14, 2022, the employer did not ensure that an employee who patched and painted stucco on the fa�ade of the building while on a scaffold was properly trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used, such as, but not limited to, the use of ladders on the scaffold.
