29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) 24077 Country Living Road, Unit 2, in Millsboro, DE 19966: On or about May 17, 2022, the employer failed to ensure employees used ladders as required by the manufacturer and OSHA standards. Employees were standing on the top of 6 foot ladders to reach the roofing area of the newly built storage building, exposing employees to fall hazards above gravel grade.
