1926.21(b)(2)  The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.  a) In the area of lot 1248 of the Plantations Lakes Development in Millsboro, DE 19966: On or about May 17, 2022, the employer failed to ensure frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite and equipment were conducted by a person competent in construction safety standards which resulted in several hazardous conditions which exposed subcontractors employee's to fall protection and housekeeping hazards when they performed framing operations for a multi-unit residential structure.
