On or about May 17, 2022, employees utilized relocatable power taps that were connected in series (daisy chain) to power lab equipment.    a) Near the Main Lab exit door, a surge protector was connected to a power cord to power an air conditioner.    b) On the Main Lab back workbench, a daisy chain was utilized to power an analytical balancer, a heater, and other lab equipment.
