29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  On or about May 18, 2022, during the installation of metal studs on the exterior of a commercial building located at 500 E Aurora Road, Macedonia, OH 44056: the employer did not ensure an employee working from a JLG Model 600S aerial lift was wearing and utilizing a body belt (harness) and lanyard attached to the basket of the aerial lift.
