29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail. On or about May 17, 2022 and at times prior thereto, the main stairway leading to the second story of the building was constructed without a handrail when having four or more risers, exposing workers to fall hazards.

On or about May 17, 2022 and at times prior thereto, a stairway leading to a landing of the building was constructed without a stair rail system along an unprotected side, exposing workers to the hazard of falling from the stairway.
