29 CFR 1910.269(d)(2)(iii): Procedures were not developed, documented, and used for the control of potentially hazardous energy covered by paragraph (d) of this section: On or about May 19th, 2022, at FPL South Area Transmission Service Center at 14700 NW 41st Street in Doral, Florida, employees were exposed to struck-by and pressure discharge when written procedures were not used for depressurizing the SF6 breaker.
