Such activities shall be performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person.  Location - 65 Weston Ln. Hopkinton, Ma  On or about 5/13/2022, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from potential falls to a lower level while utilizing self-made scaffolding (carpenter scaffolding). The employees erected the scaffold while not under the supervision of a competent person.
