29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    On or about 05/19/2022, the employer did not protect employees who were engaged in residential roofing operations 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels. The employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 11.5 feet and fall protection was not used.   Rico Roofing inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1399384, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 07/17/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 105 Fox Haven Drive, Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.
