29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a.) On or about May 17, 2022 at 85-02 Chelsea Street, Jamaica, NY, 11423. An employee working on tubular welded frame scaffold was not trained on the use of fall protection. The working level was approximately 12 feet from the lower level. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19
